Returns & Exchanges

At The Winfield Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your woodworking projects and home decor. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the unused patterns, hardware, or kits in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable method such as UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
