Wood:
One 12" x 24" piece of plywood (1/2" thick exterior grade, good one or two sides, preferably 5-ply for better stability).
 Two 2X4 x 6' long boards
One 1X6 x 8' long board
One 48" long piece of 3/4" cove molding (pine).

Hardware: Required for assembly.
SCREWS-Two #6 x 1-1/4" long flat head.
BRADS-One hundred fifty x 7/8" long.
Eighty, 1/2" long.
WHEEL-One 1-1/2" Dia. (#WHL15)
One 2" Dia. (#WHL2)
FINIAL-One 3/8" Dia. x 1/2" long tenon (#FIN1).
-Two 3/8" Dia. x 18" long (#YS18).
STAPLES-Twenty, 1/4" long.

Tools: Table saw or circular saw, band saw, held sabre saw with a smooth cutting, non-chipping blade, miter saw, screwdriver, drill, 5/32" and 3/8" dia. drill bits and a hammer.

Supplies: Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape.
Sand paper-medium & fine grits.
Wood filler-non shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws and screw heads .
Glue-exterior wood (#GLUETB3).

Paint: White water based primer (#PRIMQT) for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel: 2001 Antique
2010 Forest Green.

Stain: Oil based Dark Brown, Wipe-on.

Sealer: High grade, non-yellowing, semi-gloss UV protected project sealer (#POLYQT) for outdoor protection.
