Most in-stock furniture and large home decor items are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Winfield Collection ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal.
